The Little Big Dairy Co
The Little Big Dairy Co is a family-run, single-source dairy in Dubbo, NSW. Milk from its own herd is processed on the farm and goes out to cafés, independent grocers and supermarkets across the east coast.
We work alongside the team across marketing, PR and content, helping a business that has always done things properly be seen, understood and chosen for it.
The partnership
Our remit spans social media and content, public relations, product launches, café and distributor marketing, community management, paid media and the website, alongside the everyday work of keeping a growing brand consistent.

Little Big’s story doesn’t need dressing up. Single-source milk, a family that knows its herd by name and a short, honest ingredient list are rare enough to stand on their own.
We rebuilt the content library around that idea, with on-farm, team and product photography by Clancy Pain. We set clear rules for it: current packaging only, no staged imagery and nothing that isn’t true to the farm. A reel introducing the herd by name became the brand’s best-performing organic Instagram post and led directly to a feature in The Australian Women’s Weekly. -
High-protein cottage cheese was Little Big’s biggest launch in years. We built the campaign and sequenced it around retail timing as ranging moved, from Harris Farm and Farmers Pick through to Woolworths.
On launch day we had interviews secured and the story out to regional, metro and trade media. Coverage followed across The Daily Telegraph and nine News Corp mastheads, The Weekly Times, Prime7, ABC Radio Brisbane, Retail World and Food & Drink Business. The cottage cheese also took silver at the 2026 DIAA Australian Dairy Product Competition, which we built into the launch story.

Cafés don’t stay with Little Big because of a price list. They stay because their customers notice the difference: in the taste, in the story behind it and in the values that come with it. Single-source milk from one family farm, produced with care for the land, sits naturally alongside the independent, often family-run cafés that pour it.
Our job is to let those cafés say it in their own words. Stephanie Hunter’s films and photography, shot in working venues from Sydney to Dubbo, capture why café owners choose Little Big and why their regulars keep asking for it. That gives distributors and prospective cafés something more convincing than any brochure: proof from the people already pouring it.
The numbers that matter
Results from our first two quarters, April to September 2026. PR, social and paid now work together: earned media builds credibility, content gives people a reason to stay, and paid social turns that attention into a lasting audience.
